Q: How quickly can we start using it?

As soon as you receive your registration voucher, you and your students can begin registering and will have full access to all tests, quizzes, terminology, and animated videos while logged into the AST website with a valid account

Q: Does the instructor have to create student accounts?

No. Each student will register their own account

Q: What personal student information is collected?

First & last name, student email, username and password created by the student

Q: Are there any usage limits?

No. Each account will have full access to all training and testing materials on the website for the duration of length of purchase

Q: Do I use the same registration voucher as my students?

Yes. We will program the system to look for your registration using your school email address and all your students will be tied to you and your school as they register using the same voucher code you used

Q: When are automated reports sent, and can they be CC’d to multiple people?

Automated reports will begin at 7 AM EST. every Monday of your term, and can be sent to multiple people upon request

Q: How do I run on-demand reports?

When logged into your account, navigate to your Account page and look for the blue or green colored buttons corresponding to the type of report and the number of days back you would like to look

Q: Can students see other student scores?

No. Students do not have any ability to initiate or view reports

Q: Do I have to build my own tests and quizzes?

No. Our system will dynamically build the test or quiz as it is started

Q: Do you sell student and instructor data?

No. Your privacy is protected

Q: Do you have a data breach or data protection policy?

Yes. These policies are on file and can be sent upon request

Q: Do you carry liability insurance?

Yes. We carry a current certificate of liability insurance which can be sent upon request
